Complainant and his wife deposited required Premium for Bhavishya Arogya Policy for their life. Except Receipt for the deposit Respondent did not issue Policy documents even after lapse of around 4 years. It is observed from the record that the Complainant was continuously following up with the Responded, but none of his correspondences were responded by the Respondent. Respondent submitted that due to their system problem in generating the Policy Document, they could not prepare it. When asked why they did not try for alternative method in such an exigency, they could not explain satisfactorily. Respondent to issue the concerned Policy Documents within 7 days taking recourse to any other alternative and the same should be confirmed to this Forum within 15 days.
