Complainant held a Jewellers Block Protector Policy for his Jewellery Shop. He lost some ornaments when a customer who visited his shop took away the same which was kept in a box down the counter. Claim repudiated. It is observed that the loss suffered by the Complainant was not by violent or forcible entry into the Premises or exit from it as per Policy terms and conditions. It was not included in the coverage as per Exclusion Clause 7 (c) of the Policy. Repudiation upheld.
