The Insurance Times has announced the successful launch of Guidebooks for the candidates appearing in Licentiate examinations of the Insurance Institute of India (III). The Insurance Institute of India (III) has been conducting examinations for Licentiate, Associate and Fellowship courses for Insurance Qualifications in India. The licentiate is an entry-level examination for qualifying to appear for Associate and Fellowship Exams.
From October 2010 III has revised the syllabus and exam pattern for Licentiate exams. From October 2010 term all the questions will be of objective type and the exams will be of 2 hours duration. To help the candidates prepare for the October exams, The Insurance Times has published Guide books for three papers for both life and non-life insurance. The Papers include Guide to Practice of Life Insurance, Guide to Practice of General Insurance, Guide to Principles of Insurance and Guide to Regulations on Insurance.
