About Dr. Prabina Rajib
Dr. Prabina Rajib, Director at the Birla Institute of Management Technology, is a distinguished academic with a Ph.D. in Finance from IIT Kharagpur. She has held key leadership roles at IIT Kharagpur, including Dean of VGSoM, Chairperson – Placement, and Chairperson – POSH. A dedicated mentor, she has supervised 11 Ph.D. scholars, including an NSE award-winning thesis. Her global academic footprint includes teaching assignments at AIT Bangkok, Purdue University, and Curtin Business School, alongside authoring four books and numerous high-impact research papers.
