Insurance Institute of India, Mumbai  is organising a two weeks Life Insurance Training Programme from 13/02/2012 to 25/02/2012.
The course is designed to cover all facets of Life Insurance and it covers basic functional aspects of each of the different areas of a Life Insurance company to enable the participants to get more deeply involved in their work, and thus make effective contribution towards remarkable success in all its operations.
Objective of the Programme:
The Programme is designed to build up an appropriate repository of knowledge relating to Life Insurance inclusive of technical skills & to develop the right attitudes the emphasis being on conceptual as well as procedural aspects.
The Programme of two weeks of intensive study and work, enabling the participants to acquire the basic and essential knowledge needed by a Life Insurance official to carry out functional responsibilities and also to build up ability and confidence in discharging supervisory and executive responsibilities.
Participation in this course will afford unique experience of mingling with insurance officers coming from different insurance organizations from different countries. It provides an opportunity for exchange of ideas and discussions amongst a multinational group and it helps to understand the rational of various procedures and thus comprehend the proper role of the organization as a viable dynamic social system well adapted to its environment.

Syllabus:
The course is mainly intended for:-
– Â Â Middle of lower-middle level officials of Life Insurance Companies or the people working for Broking firms.
–   Officials who have recently joined the insurance industry or who have been  recently promoted for assuming position of higher supervisory responsibilities or who are likely to be promoted.
Fees:
Participants requiring residential facilities: Rs. 25000 /- Plus service tax of 10.3% (Total Rs.27575/-)
The fees include tuition, course material, A/C single room accommodation in the  Institute’s campus and full boarding (bedtea/coffee, breakfast, lunch, light refreshments in the evening and dinner). All rooms are fully furnished with attached bathroom and Internet facility.
Rooms are reserved from the day prior to the  commencement of the programme. The participants can stay for a day after the conclusion of the programme.
Fees should be paid by Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Insurance Institute of India† payable at Mumbai and forward it together with the ““Enrollment form†available from  Institute’s website www.insuranceinstituteofindia.com
