Dr. Rakesh Agarwal, Director, RMAI and Editor, The Insurance Times, delivered a session on “Legal Preparedness for Insurance Surveyors” at the West Bengal Chapter training programme in Kolkata.
He highlighted the importance of proper documentation, evidence trail, survey report wording, salvage handling, regulatory compliance and dispute preparedness. The session also covered practical issues faced by surveyors in motor, fire and other claims.
