Insurance Institute of India will be conducting Insurance Brokers Training Programme from: 13.04.2012 to 28.04.2012 at Mumbai.

The College of Insurance has been approved by the IRDA to impart pre-licensing training to the prospective Brokers who intend to take up the challenging profession of distribution of insurance products in India.
The IRDA has ordained that the Principal Officers and the other employees of the broking firms  particularly those responsible for soliciting and procuring insurance business shall have to complete mandatory training of one hundred hours. We are one of the first institutes to get IRDA recognition for the purpose.
The following syllabus as mandated by IRDA would be covered:

ELIGIBILITY:
Minimum qualification is Graduate degree in any discipline (pl. see www.irdainida.org point no.9F -Broking Licensing).

SPONSORSHIP:
Any organization who is existing Brokers / Applied for Broking License can sponsor their employees for the training.
COURSE FEES:
Course Fees for 100 hrs. Training Programme is Rs. 19600 (Plus service tax @10.30%) + Rs. 5000 as examination fees .Total Rs. 26,619/-.
Fees should be payable by means of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Insurance Institute of India†payable at Mumbai.
Course Fees for 50 hrs. Training Programme is Rs.9800 (Plus service tax @10.30%) + Rs. 5000 as examination fees . Total Rs. 15,809/-.
Fees should be payable by means of Demand Draft drawn in favour of “Insurance Institute of India†payable at Mumbai.
Course fees include tuition fees, Study material cost, Tea, Lunch etc.

Dhirubhai Ambani International School, Bandra-Kurla Complex, Bandra (East), Mumbai – 400 051 not later than 04th Apr,2012
On the first day of the training programme candidate must bring two recent passport size photograph and original copy of academic and technical qualification certificates for verification at our end.
