Professional Advancement Bangladesh Ltd. (PABL) and Chartered Insurance Institute (CII) have jointly organized the regional session of Dive In Festival 2019 in Dhaka last Thursday (September 26, 2019), which was sponsored by Green Delta Insurance Company. Dive In is a global movement in insurance sector to support the development of inclusive workplace cultures, it’s the festival for diversity and inclusion in insurance to be precise. The purpose of this year’s Dive In festival was “to explore how we support and develop talent as we are working in a multi-generational place of work.”

Selima Ahmad MP (President, BWCCI) presided as the chief guest of the event, while Dr. BaquiKhalily (Former Professor, DU), Mr. Nasir A. Choudhury (Chairman, PABL), Mr. Ariful Islam (Deputy Secretary & Director, IDRA)were present as special guests. Other distinguished personalities such as Dr. Parveen Mahmud (Chairman, UCEP), Adeeba Rahman (CEO, Delta Life Insurance), SwapnaBhowmik (Country Manager, Marks & Spencer) were present for a panel discussion.

The event was also graced by Mr. Keith Richards (MD of engagements and CEO of Personal Finance Society, CII), Mr. Sainesh Dar (Regional Director, South Asia-CII) and high officials from IDRA, PABL, Green Delta Insurance and many other insurance companies of Bangladesh.
