Navveen Arora, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer of RupeeQ, was honoured with the “Emerging Leader of the Year – FinTech” award at the 4th Edition of the Bharat NBFC & FinTech Summit & Awards 2026, held at the Radisson Hotel, Udyog Vihar, Gurugram.

A Jury-Adjudicated Recognition in a Competitive Field

The awards programme spans twenty individual categories and twenty-three corporate categories, covering leadership, digital lending, risk, compliance, customer experience and financial inclusion. Nominations are assessed by a jury on the strength of a submitted case study rather than on profile alone, a format that places the emphasis on demonstrated operating outcomes.

The summit’s agenda reflected the scale of the opportunity its participants are competing for. India’s fintech sector has expanded from roughly $50 billion in 2021 to an estimated $180–200 billion in 2026, with projections crossing $400 billion by 2030 and adoption rates among the highest in the world at close to 87 per cent. Across eight strategic themes  including Digital Lending 2.0, AI-led credit intelligence and the shift from regulation-as-burden to regulation-as-advantage  the recurring argument was that the sector’s next phase will be defined less by growth alone and more by sustainable profitability, governance and intelligent risk frameworks.

Building RupeeQ as a Technology-Led Financial Marketplace

Established in 2020, RupeeQ is led by CA Neeru Puri Arora, Founder and Chief Financial Officer, and Navveen Arora, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer.

RupeeQ operates as an online financial marketplace and Lending Service Provider (LSP), connecting customers with financial products offered by RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs. Through its platform at RupeeQ.com, the company facilitates access to personal loans, business loans, Flexi and overdraft facilities, debt-consolidation solutions, credit cards and credit-health services.

The marketplace model is built around matching rather than origination. Instead of pushing every applicant toward a single lender, RupeeQ evaluates a borrower’s credit profile against the criteria of its partner network and surfaces the products that borrower is realistically eligible for  an approach intended to reduce rejected applications, which carry a cost for both the customer’s credit file and the lender’s underwriting capacity.

RupeeQ does not directly sanction or disburse loans. Final approval, interest rates and lending terms are determined solely by its respective RBI-regulated lending partners.

According to company-reported FY2025–26 management figures, RupeeQ recorded approximately ₹38 crore in revenue and facilitated nearly ₹1,264 crore in loan disbursals. Its cumulative disbursal value has reportedly crossed ₹3,500 crore, supported by more than 40 lending partners and a team of over 500 professionals.

Focus on Artificial Intelligence and the RupeeQ App

Under Navveen Arora’s business leadership, RupeeQ is integrating artificial intelligence across customer calling, lead engagement, follow-ups, quality monitoring, credit-profile analysis and lender-product matching  compressing the time between a customer’s first enquiry and a suitable, correctly matched loan offer.

The company has also launched the RupeeQ: Credit Score & Loans App, strengthening its consumer-facing digital ecosystem. The application allows users to check their Experian credit score, understand their complete credit profile, and receive personalised guidance through ACE, RupeeQ’s digital credit coach. Users can also explore matched loan offers and continue their application journey digitally.

The RupeeQ: Credit Score & Loans app on Google Play has recorded more than 10,000 downloads, reflecting growing consumer interest in technology-enabled credit and financial services.

Navveen Arora’s Emerging Leader of the Year – FinTech award represents an important milestone for RupeeQ as the company continues building an accessible, customer-focused and AI-enabled financial platform.

About RupeeQ

RupeeQ is a Noida-based online financial marketplace operated by Intuino Business Consulting India Private Limited. Founded in 2020, the company connects consumers and businesses with financial products offered by RBI-regulated banks and NBFCs, including personal loans, business loans, Flexi and overdraft facilities, debt-consolidation solutions, credit cards and credit-health services.

The company operates as a Lending Service Provider, meaning its role is to help customers discover, compare and apply for credit rather than to lend on its own balance sheet. RupeeQ does not sanction or disburse loans directly. Final approval, interest rates, repayment tenure and all other lending terms rest entirely with its RBI-regulated lending partners, who retain the credit risk and regulatory responsibility for every loan written. This structure allows the platform to evaluate options across a wide partner network on the customer’s behalf while keeping underwriting authority where regulation places it.

RupeeQ works with a network of more than 40 lending partners and employs a team of over 500 professionals across sales, credit support, technology, quality assurance and customer service. According to company-reported FY2025–26 management figures, the platform facilitated nearly ₹1,264 crore in loan disbursals during the financial year, taking its cumulative disbursal value past ₹3,500 crore.

Its consumer application, RupeeQ: Credit Score & Loans, gives users access to their Experian credit score, a view of their complete credit profile, personalised guidance through ACE  the company’s digital credit coach  and matched loan offers they can act on digitally. The application has crossed 10,000 downloads on Google Play.

RupeeQ is led by CA Neeru Puri Arora, Founder and Chief Financial Officer, and Navveen Arora, Co-Founder and Chief Executive Officer, who was named Emerging Leader of the Year – FinTech at the 4th Edition Bharat NBFC & FinTech Summit & Awards 2026.
